Lana Wood

While I was off on maternity leave for Dylan in 96, the company was purchased by fonorola, and my position was relocated to Ottawa or somewhere, so I took a severance package, and also sold my stocks on the grey market for a great price, since I wasnt working there anymore.. I then went to work shortly for Keltic Learning Centres as their Operations Manager, before starting out on my own in 98.

Life is almost a blur for me while I was at NSTN, the best of times the worst of times as they say. It was wonderful and exciting and full of promise, then I married my ex' and began my path downwards from there. It is sooo cool that now I can reflect back to that important time, with such interesting and special people.

I source, purchase, and coordinate management training and development work for companies... don't do the training myself for the most part, just a broker....its a great gig. tomorrow I am off to PetSmart in Phoenix to oversee a two day Consulting Skills workshop, then will take the remainder of the week/weekend to go to the grand canyon.

It is mostly softskills training, and I feel like I am able to facilitate some of the 'therapy' that most folks on the planet require so that really works for me. Plus being my own boss, making my own hours and pretty good $ make it my perfect career.

Am selling my Victorian style house at 6369 Liverpool Street, so if you know of anyone in the market for a cool, updated, sleek but traditional spot, have them check it out.

Crazy that it is such a small town, and that I have never run into hardly any XNI folks...Guess I have been in hiding too long.

I have been trying to write two of my own books on top of running the business and parenting 3 children. The NSTN/ISTAR story is also a great one that needs told...

Am off to Phoenix tomorrow, for a little work then will helicopter into the grand canyon from one of the reserves. Also plan to take a hot air ballon over the mountains in Sedona. I've lost both my parents, and I'm not even quite 40, so Carpe Diem is my motto....I'm not leaving anything for the grandchildren, hahahah
